The staff are really nice and the new gym is great. My bathroom was quite small, and one of the two elevators was broken during my stay, so guests had to use the service elevator. My room faced the back alley, which was quite noisy..trash collection started around 7 am, and sometimes you could even hear people throwing out or digging through trash late at night. Vanessa was fantastic. So warm and inviting. The room was spacious and having daily service was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel
