Very nice hotel, nice room, was quaint . Quiet, considering it is so close to Northwestern and there were some students and families there moving in.
Close to NU, lovely, clean rooms with kind staff. Pricey valet parking and no pool, but a good downtown Evanston option.
AC very noisy. Gold status, asked for a late (2pm) check-out the staff didn't even looked at system and denied preemptively. Location very good , walking distance to Kellogg's Campus
The Hilton Orrington has historic charm, is in a great location, and the staff are extremely friendly. That said, over two different stays, rooms and the general experience of the hotel are notably poor to the point where I would avoid this hotel. In my first stay, I was checked into a room that had a large HVAC unit directly outside the only window in my room, with no view at all to the outside.
