Super friendly staff. Very good parking and valet. Middle of Evanston so you can do all the things nearby. Maybe a little pricey on the parking?

A couple of positive points: - The hotel is in an excellent location in Evanston - We had a premium room on the eight floor and it was clean and spacious - The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful However, - The walls have very poor sound proofing. - The bed and particularly the pillows were hard and uncomfortable - The AC is noisy and stops and starts a lot - It was impossible to keep the room dark after 5 am, in part because the curtains do not cover the windows well and in part because the bathroom has a large sect... read more
