Status members and anyone who values integrity - Be careful at this Hilton. Understand I paid 700 dollars a night as a hotel rate and they refused to honor my food and beverage credit. The staff was very friendly but they seemed to not have their house in order. As a Hilton Gold member, they gave very misleading information about the food and beverage credit at check in (they don't seem to handle it like other Hilton properties). Room was dirty (multiple types of hair, etc, especially in the closet and shower) upon check in. Further, the room was barely cleaned during our stay, even after speaking with the front desk. The pool area had 2 very obnoxious preteen boys that were in the pool unsupervised for 3 days in a row throwing a football and climbing over everything. Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Great views of the mountains.
The breakfast is delicious with reasonable price, the room is very clean, no noise at all coming from outside, only flaw is the mini fridge engine noise but it is manageable
