This is a clean hotel, friendly staff, and has enough amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s not in a busy area, but not too far from many places. Free parking garage, makes it that much better. Nice view of the mountains from my room. I’d stay here again!
Update August 2025: Disputed the hotel stay because no reason to be charged for appalling treatment, an extremely dirty and unsanitary room causing medical issues for my family. Still no email or contact from hotel indicating they will refund our stay. Amazing the level of total disregard for guests health and negative experience with Honors membership, its like they actually dont care at all about guests well being. Only service the rooms 1x every 3 days. Otherwise this is a good hotel and location
Our room was extremely clean, we loved the restaurant and pool. It’s quiet during the day and the live music at night was fun! Staff was incredibly kind.
We have had our annual research symposium event here every year for the past 4 years. The service has always been nothing short of exceptional. I wanted to point out the amazing customer service of the front desk staff today. I am a breastfeeding mother who needed to pump during the event today, I was going to use a bathroom for privacy, but decided to ask the staff if there was a private room I could use.
