Upon entering The Hilton Rialto it appeared to be a beautiful place to keep our wedding and the reception. Everything was seemingly going according to plan when two weeks before our wedding I called to speak to my coordinator to touch base cause I had not heard from her in a while, only to find out that she had been terminated and NONE of the details we had been planning for a month had been documented!!
