Friendly staff. Beautiful resort. Excellent room-service menu. Great sundries shop. Hotel restaurant delivers food and drinks to the beach. Only downside: beach umbrellas & chairs aren't complimentary

Poor service from start to finish. They make you feel unwelcome for simplest requests. Breakfast buffet is simply terrible. As Diamond member I felt no appreciation. Perhaps staff trained at a motel?
