Room was not ready for check into until 5:30 pm, despite saying check in is at 4 pm
The room wasn’t very clean. They didn’t wipe any surfaces before we checked in. The nightstands were caked in dust. They only gave us one towel with four people on our reservation so I think they just forgot to replenish. The pullout sofa was very small. Not even the size of a twin bed, so that was unexpected.
