Came for work as an airline employee. I am a Diamond member and they refused to give me access to the lounge since I did not pay for the room myself. What is the point in being loyal to Hilton if I am not able to use the benefits? Extremely disappointed.
Stayed here for an overnight this past weekend, the hotel was clean, the staff were professional, and the room was nice, and had a great view of the lake. The AC unit in the room is old, and is noisy when it kicks on, but other than that no complaints. We would stay here again.
Hotel is kind of dated. $28 a day to park is bs when the own the parking garage guests should not have to pay!! Nice view of lake
My wife and I always come here for our anniversary. Great rooms, awesome location, and beautiful views of the State Capitol and Lake!
