A huge shout out to Edin Diaz and Ryan Doheny. They made purchasing my car a very pleasant experience. Starting with the huge red bow on my new car, to Edin explaining all the features of the car…to Ryan helping with the financing and warranties. Not to mention we were so close to the beach my husband and I decided to spend the night and enjoy Hilton Head. Thank you!!
It was such a pleasurable experience. Both Ava and Ryan (Finance) were so organized and efficient. My new (used car) had a big red bow and was spotless. My trade in was effortless. It was worth the 2 1:2 hour drive. I would highly recommend Hilton Head Lexus.

Photos and videos were of a very wet car. Dealership should know better
None at this time still waiting to be contacted for a LS500 2024 - 2026 Upgrade package from the dealership. All in all sales person Edin was very responsive and addressed my concerns. It's sales staff like Edin is the primary reason of attracting interested potential buyers that justify a 5 star plus rating for the dealership.
