It is always a pleasure to deal with this company! The office is friendly and helpful, the guys come on time, do a great job and are efficient and fast. The price is good, too! I am set up on their bi-monthly service and couldn't be more pleased.
These guys are great. Thorough inspection, informative, & polite! We had no major damage, subterranean termites in a small area which was treated a few days after inspection and the job was completed within a couple hours. I found out I had been exposed to bedbugs and immediately called Hilton Head Exterminators. When I called I spoke with Rick, he was very informative and helpful and he worked with me to make sure that Lewis was able to squeeze me in on the same day. I had out of town guests arriving in just a few days and I needed to know as soon as possible if we had bed bugs. Chris came to the rescue when we discovered rat droppings. He found a hole in the back of the house where they had chewed away wood to get in. He sealed it up, and did a thorough inspection to find the paths they were frequenting, to set up traps there. He was thorough and knowledgeable. A week later, they came back and discovered they had caught several. They removed them and set the traps again. Strongly recommended!
