If I could give less than a zero, I would. Management is absolutely horrific and never helpful. I have been lied to on multiple occasions by the "Manager" in the office and the Property Management company WRH does not care about you at all. I sit here writing this review as water is pouring out of my bathroom ceiling and also pouring from my kitchen ceiling now. The neighbor above me smoked so my apartment constantly smelled like the substance ( embarrassing for my visitors and kids).I’ve never felt safe. Security is no where to be found. Mosquitoes everywhere as well as spiders. There’s literally gnats outside my door. Not enough parking spots.
The people are inhumane. I lived here for 2 years and caused no trouble. I left the apartment starkling clean. In fact I got all my deposit back. Just today I went there to retrieve a package that was mistakenly shipped there. The first response I got was very rude. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could send a notice to the present occupant to take the mail to their office. The two ladies there said no and that they were done talking to me.
