We have coming to this resort every year for 19 years and on this trip really noticed how 'tired' the rooms are becoming. The carpets and upholstery were dirty, the roll out mattress is barely usable - thin with all four corners curling up and not fitting the sofa frame properly. The outdoor hose bib obviously had been leaking and not fixed for a long time, with water on our stairs everyday (photos below). We enjoyed our stay here... it was very relaxing, in spite of a loud refrigerator noise. The staff were very kind and accommodating
You just can't beat Hilton Grand Vacations for quality rooms and resorts. So happy we joined back in 2004. We've had 20 plus years of amazing vacations.
