We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Palm Desert. The property is beautiful, very well kept, and everything felt clean and thoughtfully maintained. The grounds are especially pretty and make it a really relaxing place to spend time. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the manager’s accommodations and attentiveness—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The staff is so attentive and friendly, every team member we came across greeted us with smiles and waves. Beautiful property that is well maintained and has such a welcoming environment. Overall, best property I have stayed in. Will definitely come back again!
Hilton Grand Vacations is a terrible company. Do not deal with this company. We were huge Hilton fans and have stayed at Hilton properties, but this company has ruined it. So I warn you, do not book with them. Go with a different company other than Hilton.
