Not enough handicapped parking place
First time stay here and was greater with a warm welcome and was able to check in early . I was excited about our stay since customer service is key. Rooms were a great size, clean and comfy . Then we went to pool, service was horrible,, had to wait 40 min to order for my kids , they weren’t buys, we just weren’t acknowledged. Good came with hair in it, then given an attitude when I let them know . The service manager there was professional and apologetic. Good place to stay and enjoy your Vegas stay. They have free parking for guests which is great and rooms are nice and clean. Location is little far from the happening area of strip however it is still walkable.
