Had a fantastic time with our stay here. I would definitely stay here again. You never have to leave the resort.
The rooms were well laid out, spacious, great views, comfortable beds, couch, chairs, and spcious bathrooms. Balcony was big enough for 4 to seat out and a couple more to stand. Resort itself was clean, staff were AWESOME and quick to assist with issues... Issues we encountered...washing machine had issues draining every time it was used, staff were onsite each time within 15 minutes working on it! Careful with sales people at HGV. I inquired about my Hawaiian Airlines points and the representative asked if I would like to hear about an offer from a parter hotel. Why not? Long story short, I put a deposit on a vacation to a fabulous resort. When I got a call back to pick the dates, I got the old bait and switch to a much less desirable hotel.
