This place was a nightmare! Don't stay here. The rooms aren't horrible but the customer service is! We booked a lagoon view room and they put us in a boat harbor view room that had a nice view of the parking lot and a bunch of boats! They said that they didn't have any lagoon rooms available and that the room we had was still considered ocean view! My husband is a diamond member and spends thousands per year at Hilton hotels and they would not accommodate our request at all! They didn't even try! My husband will be switching... read more
Several shops, food and other amenities are within 15 minutes walking distance of Hilton Hawaiian Village. Oahu Grand Circle Island Tour offered through Polynesian Adventures Tours was nice and provided a good overview of key cultural aspects.
