バケーションパックはハワイ宿泊が無料という説明で、5000円の違約金を事前に払わせ、2時間の説明聞いたらあげるっていう口説き文句で勧誘する。その後、ハワイ宿泊の予約時に保証金とキャンセル料の話を口頭で言われ理解しないまま登録し保証金を払うと予約が成立する仕組み。しかし、スケジュールなど行けなくなった場合は、保証金とキャンセル料を払う必要があり、なっとくしてなくても、お金を払わないとキャンセル料が高くなりますけどどうしますかの電話がしつこく来る。 空港で勧誘された時、その後の2時間の説明会などでは、保証金やキャンセル料などの話は一切ない。ハワイ無料に気を取られ時間を無駄にしただけではなく、スケジュールがどうして合わない場合は保証金は帰ってこずキャンセル料もしっかり取られるので、ハワイ無料で勧誘された人はしっかり確認しないと後で時間もお金も無駄にしてしまいます。

I stayed at the hotel over MLK weekend when the hotel parking lot is blocked annually for a parade. The hotel's announcement of this disruption was unsympathetic to the inconvenience it caused guests—we had to remove our cars by 8:30 AM. The hotel offered no assistance to mitigate the disruption: no list of alternate parking locations, no extra checkout staff to help guests retrieve their cars before the deadline. I was not impressed with their lack of thoughtfulness or customer service.

I am disappointed in your customer service and policies. For 2 years we have been trying to book this vacation. None of the dates can accommodate us for 2 years and now you are charging a $20 cancellation fee after we prepaid over $800. This seems like predatory practices.
