Such an incredible place. Our room was beautiful. Absolutely recommend you try it for yourself.
My rating is not a 5 due to the service I got By the pool today (dec.14 at2pm) on the third floor. An older man working the towels at the pool embarrassed me and started accusing me of taking pool towels to my room for personal use. First of all, I am a paying guest, and my room has a laundry and washer. I can also call house keeping if I need more towels. He stated I should call housekeeping if I need towels.
