Our suite was so noisy from the people walking above us. Would shake and rattle our light fixtures. Woke up my 3 kids (10, 2.5, & 10 months) multiple times. Called the front desk and they said they would send someone up, didn't fix the problem. Had two other people come to our room and they commented on the nose immediately without me mentioning anything about it. Have never had this problem in a hotel before. The pool area was nice with the kiddie pool. Would never stay here again.
The woman who helped me last night with advice for my sick little one was so helpful a pro at best had a very nice stay here! Also breakfast was really yummy a buffet style for only 11 bucks
Just had the best prime rib I have EVER had. Bravo to the restaurant staff especially Chef Amir at the HGI West Des Moines.
