No hotel lobby or advertised amenities due to significant construction. Paying for parking here is ridiculous considering the last time I stayed 2 cars got their tires taken and their cars on blocks. Do not recommend.
Cleverly buried in the fine print under "additional services" at this suburban hotel is a $15 per night charge for "self parking?" It’s on you to figure out the signs apply to hotel guests. They don’t extend the curtesy of mentioning it at check in. According to the guy next door they charged an extra $7 gotcha fee on top of the $15 for not registering his car. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Hilton Honors member. This is my 4th or 5th stay here. Needless to say the last.
Under construction, more like demolition. Absolute mess. Unable to associate my honors account with my room. Couldn’t get wifi to work. Only do rooms every other day but don’t tell you that at checkin and it’s not optional. Had to beg for more room coffee, then they brought only decaf claiming out of regular. I had to suggest they raid a vacant room to find me regular coffee. Avoid avoid avoid avoid. Stay at the Residence Inn across the street.
Outside of your reservation cost you have to pay additional for parking otherwise you have to park on the street around the corner if you don't want your vehicle ticketed or towed
The friendliest staff around. They just renovated their rooms and are working on the rest of the hotel.
