Horrible experience on the night of 3/4/26. I booked a room as a diamond member, picked my room via app, called and was told that room I picked on the app wasn’t even available and I would be assigned another, then told the owner/general manager turned off Apple Pay and the feature to get a digital key. I didn’t even mention that I called 6 times before the lady even picked up the phone, when she did she acted as if she didn’t know why they digital key wasn’t working for us to show up in person for her to admit the feature w... read more
I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the morning hostess whose name is Africa, was very attentive.
Great Servuce for the Desk attendant Kidus
The Hotel itself is beautiful, Rooms are nice and modern, With great amenities. Just a little bit on the small side. But as a current front desk agent myself. Upon my arrival , I was disappointed!! Valerie didn't seem very friendly. I stood at the desk for about 5 mins or so before I was even greeted. She never looked up , She seemed preoccupied with task she was doing on the computer. I know in this business it's not always easy ! But a friendly hello and a smile can go along way !
valerie and the gentlemen who works the night shift were incredible. valerie was even nice enough to offer me a refund after a mishap with the parking. this experience convinced me to join the hilton honors program and only stay at a hilton hotels moving forward!
