I found the staff all around, to provide beyond great customer service in thank you all departments. But specifically shout out to the front desk, including Paola,who ran up six flights of stairs to see if I was ok when the elevator was out. During our stay I had a concussion and was noise sensitive and Paola knew i would be startled. I had a great experience at this hotel! I checked in late Tuesday before midnight and was greeted by a great receptionist! I even got breakfast coupons! Before entering I had to register my car for parking and the steps were very easy. Once inside I could tell the hotel was undergoing renovations and there were signs. My room was totally updated and was amazing! The AC was very cold and I loved it! This hotel is located in a great area and close to the places I needed to visit while in town.
Had a bad experience where I was overcharged for parking. I’m a diamond member and they didn’t have my room ready at 10 PM, the room they assigned to me was being used by someone else. I was asked to relocate to diff Room where refrigerator wasnt working. Ni breakfast, no medicine available to buy, no restaurant… overall lame. I was told almost a month ago that the manager would call me back… but here I am writing this review.
New person at check-in needs additional training on Hilton culture of care.
This was our first visit to the Washington, D.C., area and although this hotel is going through a renovation, I'm more than pleased with the customer service. Nohelia made us feel comfortable and right at home. Our hotel suite is beautiful.
