We were driving late at night and simply needed a place to lay our heads before getting back on the road the next morning. The Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/Greenbelt turned out to be such a delightful surprise. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman working at approximately midnight on Saturday because he gave us such a warm welcome. We did not even have to mention that we were Hilton Honors members. I was not going write a review but Ms. Africa and Ms. Rosie left such an impression on us that I just had to. We got at the breakfast station at 9:55 am but instead of being annoyed or upset Ms. Africa was so nice and friendly. She called Ms. Rosie to come and make us some waffles even though even it was after 10am. We felt a little guilty about it but Ms. Rosie and Ms. Africa were so nice and reassuring, Im so happy with my waffle. Words cannot express the family vibe and their thoughtfulness for the people they come into contact with. Their exceptional service and attention to detail is unmatched.
