Great location, walking distance to Georgetown and George Washington University, J.F. Kennedy Center, and monuments. The fitness center is on the small size, but it is great for a cable workout. Very small swimming pool. The hotel rep said it is heated. It is great for kids to splash around.
The good: 1. Very good location 2.Clean rooms Needs improvement: 1. My bathroom had an issue which wasn't addressed even after multiple follow ups 2. No complimentary breakfast
This place is a joke. We stayed here for my birthday weekend and the fridge didn't work. Had to get that replaced 3 times before we had a working one (had infants with formula that had to stay cold so had to keep a cooler on ice all night, thankfully we brought one with us). I received my final invoice from them but on my credit card have a whole other charge for over $300 and can't get an answer or a call back. Was told they would comp me half the cost of the room due to the fridge issue and they did not do that and now I h... read more
