I feel deeply offended as this hotel has shown extreme irresponsibility. I was hit on the head by a ball thrown by a child from a high floor while in the hotel lobby. I went to the hospital for an examination and was diagnosed with a mild concussion. Throughout the process, the child's parents showed no sign of apology, nor did the hotel. So far, I have not received any apology or compensation. You need to pay attention to your personal safety when staying at this hotel！

My experience this weekend at the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) in Georgetown was awful in more ways than one. Mostly due to Cynthia at the Front Desk. After checking in, she handed me my room key and said “Your ‘room’ is at Embassy Suites just down the street.” Then, she rattled off the location and hours of breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn. I was hit on the head by a ball thrown by a child from a high floor while in the hotel lobby. I went to the hospital for an examination and was diagnosed with a mild concussion.
