I had a very bad experience at the hotel this morning. I went over to ask the breakfast attendant what time breakfast starts and she completely ignored me. She had headphones in, took them out , looked at me and put them back in, then walked away. Her name was Trupti. She didn’t even have the decency to answer my question. She had a very nasty attitude. This does not seem like Hilton standards and I would like a follow up from management. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and have never experienced this.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oaks PA from 6/2 - 6/5. Overall I really enjoyed the property! Specifics below: Location: honestly couldn’t be better. Lots of green space around the hotel, plenty of parking, and there are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance like PJ Whelihans, Wawa, Target, and much more. We picked this hotel (and sister Hampton Inn next door) as our wedding blocks. Working with Pricsilla was the absolutely correct choice. Never once did I feel that I was bothering her. The hospitality was top notch. Anything that I was thinking about she had an answer. We got ready hair and make up in the suite and it was so easy and coordinated. We had food delivered- easy as pie.
