Room smelled a bit musty. They charge 15.99 for the same style breakfast buffet that Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn franchises give away for free. It was an otherwise comfortable stay.
Honestly this place is disappointing as is Hilton’s in general . No point in being diamond there is no benefits. Want to charge 20$ to upgrade room to a LOWER FLOOR. diamond members are supposed to be offered upgrades not once and we stay here frequently as we have family near by. Rooms are outdated. Asked for towels twice, was told they would be brought up. Just very dissatisfied and think time to switch chains. Staff is always pleasant. Very clean, comfortable beds. Nice little restaurant and bar
Nice staff, especially at the bar area. Accommodated our wedding party nicely. Clean rooms.
