I was fully prepared to give a positive review of this hotel until it was blatant that their idea of Customer Service and Hospitality ends when you check out. Hospitality is a mindset, not something you clock in and out. I left an item in the room I stayed in last night. I am 99.9% sure I left it there because I saw it this morning and I do not have it now and the only place I have been since we checked out was in our car driving 2 hours away. Not good, room has scent, bath door won't close, won't change rooms, Internet slow
We had an amazingtime here until our 3rd night. The bartender was horrible not the same guy we have had the last 2 nights, he was amazing! This guy is horribleade rhe worst old fashion my husband has ever had, who muddles cherries 🤦♀️. I would have given a 5 star review if it wasn't for him and his horrible service.
I reserved two rooms through the Hilton APP about a week before, prepaying the stay. When I arrived, the front desk attendant, though nice, said I only had one room reserved, and that it was in my son's name. I advised that I booked on the APP with my account both rooms on same reservation. He just couldn't figure it out for several minutes, but eventually provided the keys.
