I was disappointed with both the customer service and the amenities. The hotel advertises a business center, but when I arrived, it was just an empty room—no computers at all. When I asked the front desk, they said that no hotel has computers anymore since COVID. That’s simply not true, as many hotels including Hilton Garden Inns still do. Really enjoyed the shuttle service to Tysons Corner for some shopping to bring gifts back home to the family.
Quiet and relax place
There's pre-existing stain on the floor right behind the closed door. The room was not serviced after first night stay. The garage is insanely challenging to get out with poor design.
