Check in took a while with three people in line waiting. Tried to use the app but couldn't get the digital key to load for a few minutes....then finally succeeded. Very sparsely stocked snack bar (actually never seen one at a HGI with so few items). Asked the front desk person about any more items to choose from and purchase but only received a shrug as a reply. Clean with friendly staff. Nice place to stay
The mattress are firm. I prefer something somewhat softer. But over all nice place. 9 1/2 out of 10 for me
