They charge to much and have DEI hires, so service staff have slight attitudes. Breakfast is a scam they charge for everything at this hotel, while the average room is 137 a night.
I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels over the past 5 years, and this hotel has the very best parking lot of any of them! Super secure, covered parking and large!
Rooms are nice, very spacious. The breakfast is pretty decent too. The pool needs some work though.
I have always stayed here when in Tyler it has always been a good facility with a pool and hot tub and an ok gym. They also have a nice hotel bar that used to stay open late but someone decided it was ok to close the hotel bar at 900 which is a disservice to guests And their hot tub was out of order the entire stay. I won’t be staying here again
