Our weekend at this hotel was outstanding! The management and staff know what custom service is & they deliver a top-notch experience- no joke! Ondre went above and beyond before, during, and after our stay! And Amy made our check-in very special. Comfy rooms & environment as well and it was nice to be a very short drive outside busy downtown! Thank you all!
The rooms are great. Really makes you feel at home. The bar hosts Angela and Tedvin and the cooks Darryl and Mr. Cee are awesome. Angela and Tedvin has a really nice positive attitude that makes you feel really comfortable after a long day's work. The cooks Darryl and Mr. Cee cooks their food with love and you can tell. I will recommend anyone to come for a great experience.
After driving between GA and AL I was tired but so happy to almost go home. The room was spotless and hotel is in a good location close to everything. BUT what made the stay worth it was the staff, from the reception to the maintenance staff and let's not forget the restaurant/ bar staff. Everyone was professional, kind and super friendly. You made my day, thank you !
The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are spacious and smelled very clean. We loved that it had 2 bathrooms and 3 vanities. If you are looking for a spacious and clean hotel in Tuscaloosa, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn
