Desk and housekeeping service top notch. Morning breakfast service was very disappointing. It was actually so bad we didn't bother giving it a second shot the next day.
Only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because of a front desk employee wearing a mask who was rather ridiculous about our service dog. Instead of coming over to ask us about her herself, she sent our sweet waitress over to tell us that she needed to be a service dog. Our waitress went back and explained that she was, and then the employee sent her back again to tell us that the dog had to be on a leash—which she already was.
