Clean room and facility. Efficient staff. Disappointing breakfast bar - to make matters worse it is a $16 fee per person, which is not disclosed up front.
We visited on a college tour for our child. Upon a hiccup at check in, Ondre provided the type of hospitality, customer service, and kindness you never see anymore in America. His professionalism has restored my faith in corporate America. This sweet town in Alabama has the most amazing staff!!! Angela and James serve the best drinks! Every member of the staff we encountered were beyond kind and welcoming!!! We will be back the next 4 years!!!!
