This is the third time we have stayed at this property in the last year. Of all of the Hilton Gardens that we utilize, this is by far our favorite. Not only is it spotless, but this weekend it was already decorated for Easter(very sweetly done). However, it is the staff from housekeepers to management that makes it work. Our cocktail waitress, Angela, at the small bistro went out of her way to make dinner a delightful evening.
Started out as a great stay. Then we were charged $35 for breakfast on top of the already high cost for the room which is about twice what others in this area charge. I'm 62 and can't even remember a hotel or motel charging for breakfast. This will be our last stay with this companies properties.
I was fired for no reason. I was the housekeeping manager at hilton garden inn 800 Hollywood blvd Tuscaloosa Alabama. I was trying to talk to this housekeeper Annette Williams about a situation that had happen march 2nd. I was talking with another housekeeper bout the problem and I asked her have I ever called her out her name. She responded no. We have stayed here several times and they never fail to amaze us with their food bar and clean rooms We just stayed there two nights during the tornado and even with all the utility people filling their rooms they handled it like professionals
