The worst front desk/ check in experience. Refused to check me in because they needed TWO incidental deposits.
I requested an early check-in so my family could get ready for a wedding, but unfortunately that did not happen. I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, which the staff explained when I arrived. I first checked at 1:30 PM to see if our room was ready, but it was not. I checked again at 2:45 PM and then again at 3:30 PM, and each time I was told the room was still unavailable. Rooms are noisy, right next to one of busiest streets in Temecula, believe your window is very next to the cars. Does not worth a single dollar
Poor stay, don't recommend. Were in town for a wedding nearby for two nights originally. None of the soap/shampoo/etc... was stocked which of course you don't realize until you're in the shower trying to get ready. Jumped out, called the front desk and they said they would send somebody. An hour later nobody comes by, so I call again and they say the maintenance staff are on lunch break.
