The rooms (we had two) were clean and spacious and 10min away from our family’s home in palm harbor. The breakfast was not worth the $15/person; food was stale and bland (seemed to be old reheated food). The gentleman working the breakfast bar was very friendly and accommodating. A star was removed for two reasons: 1. Our room key kept deactivating (everyday), after a week long stay a front desk attendant finally said that they were having issues with their rfid locks throughout the building. 2. My husband travels A Lot and is a Hilton gold member. We just switched from IHG to Hilton recently. This was in the top 3 worst stays ever! We were only here for the service for my husband brother, a Pinellas County Sargent. We made them aware of that when we arrived with my MIL, who's son had just passed away. We also had to bring our dogs with us due to last minute travel. When we arrived to check in we asked for a luggage cart because there weren't any in the lobby.
