The worst customer service from front counter lady on 9/6/2025 at 2:50am. Hilton you have to do better hiring.
Convenient location for our needs, but we did not appreciate the every other day housekeeping. We even asked for daily service and left a tip. The trash was full and the towels were used. Housekeeping forgot to leave toilet paper. And this was a 5 night stay! We did enjoy the breakfast and the dining staff were great! And we are Hilton Honors members!
