Very clean, easy to find, breakfast good, coffee could use an upgrade, everyone is nice.
Hotel staff were friendly & helpful—Jose in the breakfast area was super nice & friendly.
Our home away from home every time we visit family. Front desk personnel are always cheerful and accommodating regardless of when we check in, and the morning breakfast - being able to choose between ordering off the menu or getting the buffet is great. Look for José in the dining room. He's the kind of man you instantly love to be around - great service and a truly nice man.
Jose the bartender was the most efficient, hard working and customer oriented staff member there. We will be returning customers because of his impeccable service!
I want to thank the young lady who worked the second shift at the front desk. She clocked in ready to work and assist guests, and that she did. For her professionalism, understanding, assistance, and kindness, I am truly grateful. In stark contrast, the first-shift desk clerk told me there was nothing that could be done about my room situation and lied about being unable to contact her manager, who had already left the hotel.
