Service and rooms were good. Pillows are very flat. Rooms were great though. Shampoo and conditioner were great! Great location, close to everything.
Stayed here on a quick trip to Tampa. Great price, hotel is nice and rooms were very clean. The TV in our room did not work at all which was not a big deal since we got in late, but would have been nice to have a TV. Some food places nearby which is nice, and is not too far from the airport.
Room was clean but smelled musty, keys failed everyday, towels torn and shredded upon checkin, internet/TV inoperable, TV remote inoperable, several staff members condescending and rude, unable to guarantee daily room cleaning. We will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful as my mobile check-in and room selection did not work .. assigned a room on the 4th floor but the ice machine did not work and I had to go down to the 3rd floor to get ice .. room is clean and bed is comfortable
