Wonderful staff!
I don't like that you have to pay for parking in Tacoma. However, the location was great if you want to grab a drink as there are plenty of breweries in the area. The staff was friendly.
Honestly I wasn't too impressed with our accommodations. The room was adequate but not brimming with excellence. The mini fridge didn't have a freezer section which was disappointing. The bathroom didn't have a fan? Also seems like a basic feature. The room was noisy due to the activities outside. Lots of sirens and traffic noise that was terribly disturbing while we tried to sleep. Every morning I went down to the lobby, the coffee was luke warm and no creamer. 2 cars (on street parking) were broken into and windows were busted when we came out in the morning. Would be nice for guest to have free parking in the hotel parking garage if the area is going to be a liability. :/
