This place seems like it's the only game in town. Staff was friendly and helpful at every point of contact. Restaurant staff even above and beyond. There was an anomaly where there were items from a room in the hallway that seemed to take forever to get picked up. Only downside is an odd smell throughout the hotel. I will be there on back to back weekend for back to back weddings, so I will update. Shortly.
Great place to stay
I used this hotel for a room block for my wedding. I provided the exact number of welcome bags for my guests, gave simple instructions to the staff, and told all my guests to make sure they got their bags. However, my cousin and aunt were delayed due to weather and when they checked in, they were told there was no bag for their room. The only possibility is that the staff took the bag meant for their room and lied about it.
