I used this hotel for a room block for my wedding. I provided the exact number of welcome bags for my guests, gave simple instructions to the staff, and told all my guests to make sure they got their bags. However, my cousin and aunt were delayed due to weather and when they checked in, they were told there was no bag for their room. The only possibility is that the staff took the bag meant for their room and lied about it. We had a very bad experience at the end of our stay. We had requested a ride on the hotel shuttle bus to the train station. But the bus never showed. Apparently the receptionist was unable to contact the driver. But he could told us ahead of time. Consequently we didn’t even have time to find alternative transportation and we missed the train.
