Okay let’s talk about it ! Absolutely horrible stay ! Stayed the whole weekend of July 4th 2026, paid $400 under government discount, just to get here to find out there is NO HOT WATER, so me and my family is showering in cold water, we asked the room to be cleaned Saturday morning to come back later that night to the same room and bed, 3rd. THERE WAS ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WORKING !!!!! like it’s July 4th weekend why is there one working elevator and no hot water? The staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel is very clean. The location was great. Many of food choices ans you can walk to them. The parking is free abd easy. Now the two things that made this hotel stay horrible for my husband and I is. 1. The bed was terrible. It was hard no bounce to it, its low and it was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible but pillows across hotels seem to be this way now so I will give them a pass on the pillows. 2. We had a family member in rhe local hospital so we spent the night here. Our room was on the second floor and as soon as you stepped out of the elevator you could smell this horrible combination of pot and stale air freshener, yuck! The room wasn't much better. The breakfast that we paid for the next morning was pretty good. We got the veggie omelet and sausage omelet. The toast was strange though. The service for the food was outstanding but the service for the hotel was lacking since they were never at the desk.
