People at the front desk were SO RUDE and judgmental, and gave us nasty looks for no reason. Also weird smelling hotel.
I have only one night in hotel. But what was frustrating is malfunctioning thermostat, water switch in shower is misplaced so you get cold water on hot and hot on cold. The room was specious, but pretty loud from highway.
Pathetic hotel. No hot water in the shower. Heating system was not consistent and we kept feeling extremely hot or cold throughout the night. Found insects near the coffee station. Swimming pool was closed and the website didn’t inform us while we were making the reservation which made our kids really unhappy.
3rd time here and it's one of my favorite places to stay.
