Nice hotel just off I-90 in Issaquah. A bit east of Bellevue - just past T-Mobile HQ. Has a good bar and restaurant area and a store if you want to nuke something in the room. Low key vibe and friendly staff. No free breakfast, though - even for high status Hilton members. There is a Homewood Suites next door - so check prices at both
We stayed at the Hilton Garden 2/27-3/2/26. We requested an ADA room (rm 440) with a roll in shower because we were in town for hospital appts for our special-needs daughter. Making reservations was easy enough -We even had a digital key which was nice. However, the beds were very comfortable. All of us woke up sore every morning. I had to go buy my own pillows - their pillows were way past their prime. I wasn't offered new pillows even after I told them about the issue. The room was clean. The HVAC was noisy . I didn’t sleep for three days. I was at a family meeting, for my inlaws funeral, that’s when the staff called, asking to have a couple service techs enter my room to fix the HVAC . They rented a room knowing the heating/ cooling system was broken. And the bathroom fan didn’t work at all. So did I complain? Yes. No discount offered .
Nobody mentions anything about the pool being closed when arriving or booking and they don't even lock it. Not sure what's wrong with it but they repeatedly had to kick people out because the only notice is a little sign and it looks fully operational. I assume it's not being maintained properly if shut down so likely exposing families to health hazards.
