The receptionist, Kenna was friendly and she helped us get checked in. She made my day by being so complimentary towards me.
A sweet girl named kenna checked us in and was very helpful! She made our stay amazing and gave us great recommendations during our stay! Give that girl a raise!
Maids didn't service the room wellbeing F ore our stay. Bath was dirty.
The SERVICE! My Lord! General Manager John should receive an award from Hilton. Might be the best service I've ever received at a hotel resulting from a mistaken reservation. My 95 year old grandma flew into Issaquah for my father's 70th birthday, and there was a miscommunication involving the handicap access room she had reserved, which was now unavailable.
