Scott who checked us in was very warm and welcoming. He also helped us navigate the point system and extending our stay. However the last night of our stay we were tired from a long day. I asked the front for quarters for the laundry and they ran out. We were redirected to a grocery store across the street. Then went to eat our pizza in the dining room after a long day and were kicked out. No outside food allowed. It was literally empty. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Scott and Robert who provided excellent customer service. Robert checked us in and he was there the next morning at breakfast.

When we visit a Hilton Hotel, we expect Hilton grandeur, not just in the lobby, but in the rooms as well. We felt like we were in a Motel 6 once we were in the room. There wasn't even a fan in the bathroom, someone had turned off the mini fridge, and the room was small, dark and dank. I love the area and we are going back soon, but not to a Hilton.
