The hotel is exceptional, nice and clean rooms, nice pool and jacuzzi. Located close to Seaworld. But the customer service is unacceptable. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is located not far from downtown and major shopping centres, which was convenient. The only downside was the $13/night charge that I wasn’t made aware of beforehand, unlike other Hiltons I’ve stayed at in San Diego, which didn’t have this fee. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing because the choices were limited. I would go back again for the price however.
The room was nice. Location was also good. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I paid almost $500 for two nights and it didn’t include a complimentary breakfast (not even fruit) for breakfast. Parking is $26 per night. I get that breakfast from the restaurant costs money but when I went downstairs to grab an apple from the lobby, the worker told me that it wasn’t free, luckily there are a lot of restaurants in the area.
The hotel is pretty good aside from the leaky coffee cups. Terrible location though with trash and poop on the side walks
