This was my first experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean, the service was poor. I encountered several issues, including limited water in the shower, a clogged bathtub drain, a noisy air conditioner that ran throughout the night, and a parking fee. Additionally, I was charged for items like coffee and bottled water in the room, even though I didn’t use them.

The front desk assistant was nice but I am leaving this review for critical reasons. Room 101 is my biggest issue. There is a large machine right under the bedroom that shakes the whole room and makes a horrible noise. It turns on several times an hour and no matter what, it will rattle you from your sleep. I checked in at 10pm and went right to my room. Tried to sleep but I should have asked for another room. What makes me the most upset is, there is no way the staff are unaware of the situation.
