We've stayed here quite a few times now and I can't give enough praises to the staff here. Everybody from the front desk staff, to the valet & shuttle drivers, to the housekeeping staff have always been so pleasant, attentive, and accommodating. Great gym with 2 treadmills, a peloton, and a TON of free weights and medicine balls. Wall of mirrors.
I frequently travel to Rochester for appointments at Mayo. I had not previously stated this hotel, but wanted to give it a try. That said, I don’t think I will be staying here again. While the hotel itself was fine, I was disappointed that there is no self parking and the only options are valet parking or a public garage a block away street parking is not available overnight from 2-6am so that was not an option. We stayed the night of 18th April 2026. The location is good close to mayo clinic n restaurants. The reason for 3 star rating is the carpet n armchair in room was very dirty. The electrical receptacles were not working. At breakfast which we paid for with the room based on hot breakfast. We were initially told that we cannot have made to order breakfast today as they were short of staff. But later we were offered as another gentleman wanted it looked like a regular over there. Very nice motel. Short walk to the clinic. Very affordable with friendly staff. Many restaurants nearby.
