Good location. Can walk to the hospital completely inside away from rain/snow. Overpriced breakfast for what you get. Standard HGI rooms. Biggest complaint is it's some power trip it seems to not let guests check in early at all. I understand not having a room available hours early, but inside 20 minutes? Saw multiple guests and luggage waiting in the lobby doing the same for my stay. I just don't believe that not a single room was ready this particular day for any guest. **Double check your bill - we were charged for 2 nights of valet service but only stayed one night** Service was OK, check in was fine, valet parking was fine. One elevator was out of service and the other was VERY slow. We did not eat breakfast, I believe the price was $12 for continental breakfast. The rooms were clean but definitely basic, beds were not the most comfortable. Double check your bill - we were charged for 2 nights of valet. We had to call for an emailed receipt (as was requested at the time of check out). Now trying to call to get the valet charge corrected and the front desk isn't answering. Will continue to call.
