Very friendly and responsive staff.
Great location if you have appointments at Mayo since it is connected with the skywalk and subway system. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast crew. Special shout out to "Darth Vader" who took care of us during breakfast. Also appreciated their accomodation of my late checkout request and getting us into a room with a king bed instead of the double queen that I booked.
At check in came across a guest and desk staff interaction. Guest seemed to be complaining about housekeeping but it was in the evening and housekeeping was gone for the day. At the end of their argument the staff threw something on the floor and ran to the back room slamming the door upset. Understandable of the stress but that’s unprofessional.
