The pullout bed had food and wrappers inside of it and also ants. The overall room needed repair, including a cracked toilet.There was told no late checkout — the next morning, the maids told us that some people were allowed late and were not sure why we weren’t allowed. At check-in not greeted as an H honors guest. Was told to check in breakfast was free and then when we came down for breakfast was told that we had to pay $14 per person for a horrible spread. We declined.
I’ve stayed here a handful of times, the last trip just after the restaurant opened. Finding a menu if you didn’t scan the QR code on the main floor is virtually impossible to find…….and still can’t find it
They claim you are told at check-in that breakfast is not free. They do not. Nor is there a sign. It’s all a ruse. Was surprised a bill was plopped down in front of me. $30 for my wife and I breakfast of lumpy grits and hard overcooked sausage. Unfriendly service to boot.
