Horrible management. They are severely understaffed. The lobby looked like a scene from Area 51 with huge tubes and machines that seemed to be for the air conditioning system. My room with 2 beds only had 1 towel. I was exhausted and traveling with my daughter, all we wanted were showers, dinner and rest. Instead, I had to go down to the lobby 4 times, spent over 4 hours waiting for a towel. Every time they promised me a towel was on the way and I would go back up waiting and no towel would come. It was nice here too because the deposit refund was fast. And there was a shuttle so I didn't have to use Uber from the airport to the hotel.

Proximity to JFK is great as it's easy to get between this hotel and the airport. The hotel shuttle is available but drops you at Federal Circle to take a train in to the airport, so plan accordingly. The staff was friendly, check in was efficient, and the room was clean. The window mounted A/C in the room was a constant issue however. It was LOUD and woke us up frequently. It was loud like an old farm tractor was coming through the window. Fix that Hilton!

One night stay due to missing connecting flight. Hotel worked. We didn't leave the hotel however. Beds comfortable and rooms clean.
