Proximity to the airport with the free shuttle made this hotel a convenient option for our layover stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, service at reception and at the restaurant was great. The only downside was the nearness to the highway meant there was a bit of extra noise at night, but not enough to be overly disruptive.

First the staff is rude. As front desk representatives they are the face of the hotel. The service was poor and unprofessional. There is no parking, so dont drive to it. There are many rooms being renovated and looks unorganized. The gym was ok for a hotel gym. Not too much to say about that. All in all I wont ever go back. Book at own risk.

Stayed in room 406 on March 29, 2026 overnight - two queen beds. One of our beds had visibly dirty sheets when we pulled back the comforter. It honestly looked like someone had smeared boogers on it. Had them changed. The toilet had a slow leak and I had to shut off the water valve to keep it from waking us because it ran every 12 minutes. Excelente servicio, excelentes instalaciones hay que desplazarse al rededor de 1.5h para llegar a Manhattan . Pero esta conectado por la línea de bus Q10 y el metro
