Our recent stay was extremely frustrating and exhausting, especially given that we were traveling with children. We received an email for digital check-in, but it did not work. Due to a delayed flight, I had to call the hotel multiple times to request a late check-in and ensure our arrival would be accommodated. Despite this, the process was stressful and poorly handled. Very bad service
I don’t feel like we were accommodated well for 2 diamond members. My group stayed for a few hours awaiting our next flight. Diner/grill is under constructions so everyone is sitting in the lobby. We were not offered meal vouchers because our room isn’t ready yet. Honestly the first time this has happened with the many hotels we’ve stayed in.
