J'ai été volé de 300$ pour un détecteur incendie qui s'est mis en défaut des que je suis rentré. Ils indiquent que j'ai fumé dedans alors que je ne fume pas. La réceptionniste n'a rien voulu savoir et n'a pas voulu enlever cette charge supplémentaire. C'est simplement du vol. Fuyez cet hôtel qui n'offre finalement de plus que d'autres hôtels moins cher et proches de l'aéroport JFK Après 5 relances par email. Le responsable de l'hôtel ignore mes contestations. Stayed here as a day-use room with an airline voucher due to a canceled flight. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable even though I was near the elevator. Front desk staff and bar/restaurant server were outstanding! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, cheerful, smiled, polite, and went out of their way to help people, not just me. I can't say enough how pleasant that was, especially with the flight issues I had. Hopefully management sees this and gives everyone a nice bonus. Thank you for having a great team!

Surprisingly top notch hotel. It’s extremely hard finding an hotel next to the Rockaways that is not 500 a night and crappy looking. Inside the hotel was very nice. Staff was on point and finding ways to make our stay easier. Food was probably the best hotel food I have ever had, it does not taste like those nasty holiday inn deluxe breakfast. The only thing I would say, is that the water pressure in the shower is no joke and there is no way to change it 😭 plus they gave us only 2 paper toilet rolls that were half way empty... read more

We stayed on the 23 got there a little bit after 10. The person I came with Booked online 1 room two bed.we where told they did not see by the receptionist hasn't got told that they did not have any more rooms available just a single king size so we took it and gave us free parking get upstairs to theuse the bathroom and the toilet over flows theyvdid not want to clean the bathroom something happened the next morning so we called down stairs and asked for hospitality yo come to clean the bathroom got told th hey where going ... read more

You have better options. The shuttle tp pick us up never arrived. I had checked prior to arrival and was told the last shuttle was at 11pm. We stood waiting from 10:30 - 11pm and no shuttle, there was no answer at the front desk. They made no concessions or apology when we arrived after calling a cab. Just "I walked into a mess tonight" from manager. Was booked in a room with an AC so loud that I thought I was on the runway. Luckily it drowned out the noise from the Ice Machine across the hall.
