Clean rooms with standard comfort level for an airport hotel. Service is lacking. Waited four hours for a room that was supposed to be ready in one. They kept telling me it would be ready soon, so it’s not like I could just leave and come back. All this despite me calling 24hrs ahead to secure an early check in. Front desk staff very dismissive. Convenient shuttle to the airport from 5am

Staff are avaliable. Some things are missing on the menu. The rooms are decent.

Disgusting. Hotel is old, maintenance is horrible and neighborhood is nasty. They did one of the most disrespectful thing with a guest I ever seen: I was waiting for the transfer at JFK airport. Their van arrived and parked at the Federal Circle station. The driver look at us, saw that we were waiting but never went out of the van, just continued sat with closed shields at the air conditioner. They dropped the ball in so many ways , its suppose to be a hilton hotel but its not, and the hotel is near a sewage treatment plant , the roads are like if your in a third world ,the lobby has problems with there AC so they have these big units there making lots of noise and blowing air on ppl and the service at the front desk is poor ,the person there Im sure was doing his best job but he was alone .
