Clean hotel and everything was good during my stay. I stayed here for a few days and had a comfortable experience. Just note that breakfast is not included.
I only gave this hotel 2 stars because the front desk employee was friendly and understanding. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. For a Hilton, this felt more like a budget motel.the room was outdated, poorly maintained, and not clean. There were loose outlets, a shower shelf barely attached to the wall, missing hardware, sticky furniture, dirt around the fridge, and worn and damaged furnishings throughout. Staff is Great! Very friendly and attentive! Rooms and grounds were very clean. The pool was out of order and the pool area is the MAIN reason we selected this hotel. However, since its a Holiday weekend there is no one available to fix it.
Great Experience, only thing is the pool & hot tub was not in working. This was a huge upset being a part of the trip.
The hotel was ok but the pool and hot tub are out of order with no estimated time for it to be back up and running . I booked a Hotel specifically for the pool to keep my kids entertained at night and this was a deal breaker.
