I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 10 years and have never encountered such rudeness from a property, specifically the "manager on duty", Teri. I was traveling for business and flying into Pensacola. Because my plans changed, I needed to change hotels overnight (to a different city). I cancelled my reservation within 48 hours (as soon as I received notification) via the app. Typically the cancellation fee is waived when the change is out of my control.
