Stayed here for one night after having a procedure so I couldn’t really walk well . However the guys next door had the music and TV blasting all night . I called the front desk at 2 am multiple times up until 2:40 I even called from my cell phone thinking that maybe there was something wrong with the phone in my room still no answer. The most uncomfortable sleep trying to drown out the noise . At 5:30 I was woken up again and called again from the phone in the room and they finally answered. I had an amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn! From the convenient location to the comfortable rooms equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, everything exceeded my expectations. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding hospitality from the front desk team. I stayed for two nights, and each day they went out of their way to make sure everything was going well and to ask if there was anything I needed. Staff is friendly and the rooms are up to date and fairly clean. The common areas are equally so. So, why the three stars? Price, price, and price. One minute the room price is $265 on a third party site, 10 minutes later it is $155, etc. etc. etc. The price fluctuates wildly and you can usually get a better deal on third party sites, which is cuckoo. I was staying there for 2 days and the price to add a couple extra days jumped $150 a day. A few hours after I checked out, the price of course dropped way down. Not the best w... read more
