The rooms were neat. However, they were extremely cold. Upon arrival the guest agent charged us 150.00 for a refundable incidental fee. It would've been fine if every guest was asked to pay the fee. But we were profiled. That didn't fell normal so I called reservations the next day to only be informed the incidental fee was just 50 bucks. I don't think that was fair.
Just an overall nice hotel close to everything very clean highly recommend if you need to stay somewhere in Palm Beach gardens. My wife and I were very shocked such a nice place for the price we paid.
