Staff is friendly and the rooms are up to date and fairly clean. The common areas are equally so. So, why the two stars? Price, price, and price. One minute the room price is $265 on a third party site, 10 minutes later it is $155, etc. etc. etc. The price fluctuates wildly and you can usually get a better deal on third party sites, which is cuckoo. I was staying there for 2 days and the price to add a couple extra days jumped $150 a day. A few hours after I checked out, the price of course dropped way down. Not the best way... read more
We had an incredibly stressful day before arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach, and Matt Mondo truly turned things around for us. He helped us during check-in and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
