Simeon at the front desk made check-in genuinely pleasant, which is saying something after a long travel day. He was kind, upbeat, and incredibly efficient. He even helped me scan an energy drink at the little store when the system decided to be… less intuitive than advertised. Zero hesitation, zero eye-rolling. Quick check-in, great attitude, and excellent energy. Simeon is exactly the kind of person you hope to see when you walk up to the desk. Great Job!!

We were here for a special event, which was the little Mo tennis tournament. The Customer Service here was amazing. Special thanks to Melad Khali for bringing my little girl some croissants when they were all out at breakfast! We loved the lake! J went for a jog there every evening. The restaurants are super convenient and close. Food at the hotel is also amazing!!
