We stayed 2 nights for my sons wedding across the street. We had 2 hotel options to book with but unfortunately chose Garden inn. We had Multiple families and all had same complaint. Staff was very rude and not helpful. No Heat in all rooms (42 deg out). We had no extra bedding even though I was in a suite that slept more that 4. I was charged more then room rate because the suites are not listed on site. The smaller rooms are and had that rate changed since wedding party was quoted more than advertised.
