First off, lets address location: Its in an odd place being THAT close to the interstate and the roundabout you have to maneuver through to get to it makes it even more difficult/awkward. Also, being so close to i5 means a lot of road noise. The staff was super friendly and if that was all that counted, id give this place 5 stars. Sadly, its not. It’s a great hotel by the highway which is kinda good and bad. However, front desk man Bill and Tiffany from the restaurant are true heroes of this place! Very gentle and highly professional. Please keep it going!!
DO NOT PLAN YOUR WEDDING BLOCK WITH THIS HOTEL. I reached out to Hilton Garden Inn back in August, hoping to get an inquiry for wedding block booking, and I only received a cold response, "we do not do it anymore. You can use our wedding website to book." However, that website did not populate any discount, which was stated in the respond email. Meanwhile, I inquired with other nearby hotels. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Delicious food especially the breakfast buffet for only $15.99. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay with Hilton Garden Inn Olympia.
