Well located to french quarter and airport . Very clean and well maintained rooms
It is rare that I write a review for a hotel, but I have to warn others. I will admit I did not read any reviews before booking this hotel. I only needed this place to sleep one night to avoid driving early in the morning so I didn’t need any special amenities. I am a Hilton rewards member and have not had a bad experience prior to this so I booked blindly without reading reviews. Horrible stinking smell everywhere. Floors slant, chairs filthy, doors won’t open fully because floor is falling in. Dresser is leveled with some kind of rolled paper. Trash in hallway from 3 pm until we escaped at 7 am next morning. My family had a total of 3 rooms. All were horrible. Not Hilton quality at all.
Trust the reviews. Elevator didn't work so I had to carry my bags to the third floor. Internet was sketchy. Room not very clean. Dead cockroach in halfway for 2 days. I would not recommend.
Room was fine but nothing special. I specifically stayed here for the pool and Continental Breakfast... but was unable to use the pool because even though pool hours were listed as 6 am to 10 pm they were cleaning it at 4 pm and had added chlorine making it unusable for our overnight stay. Also when we down for breakfast there was no continental breakfast the only option was to pay to eat at a little Cafe like setup in the lobby. Overall very disappointing.
