The front desk staff in the bartender is very polite very helpful put the rooms are extremely old and outdated almost makes you feel like you're staying out of motel. One elevator works. Our room keys had stop working a few times The lobby is beautiful. It's time for a major rehab.
The staff, particularly the evening desk agent and barkeep, made this stay. They were pleasant and helpful, with a smile and welcoming demeanor. The rooms are fairly clean, though a bit dated. The shower has a strong chlorine smell, which I attribute to the proximity to the bay. The hotel halls had this odd aged smell almost. That said, it was comfortable and quiet. Please don't EVER charge for breakfast nor water in the rooms if your hotel isn't top tier. The room smell like pets & the bed spread is worn out as well as the outdated furniture. I'm glad I remembered to bring my LYSOL. So glad this is only a 1 night stay. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
