Had an awful stay. Beds were uncomfortable. Bree at the front desk rude and yelling at me at 7am about how a breakfast buffet voucher which is paid for under hilton honors, doesn't include a plate of hot breakfast even though they didn't make a buffet. Just awful customer service and rude. Will not be returning. This was an awful experience listening to this bullcrap at 7am.
Not good. Hotel is run down.. not plowed, shoveled, signs all crooked, bathroom and shower in pool area out of order, hot tub luke warm, coffee taste bad, beds were terribly uncomfortable and our sheets have stains on them. BREE from front desk was arguing about the breakfast buffet, trying to tell me you can't eat from it, even though you pay for the buffet. Just rude customer service in the early morning after not sleeping due to the awful mattress. Save yourself hassle and comfort and book elsewhere.
Arrived at this hotel, parked in front, Staff literally moved a no parking sign in front of my vehicle. Online stated free breakfast, which is a lie, it’s 15$ a day. Decent rooms, service genuinely pissed me off enough to write this review.
Booked "several" months in advance only to be sent an email two days before 11/3 reservation date that my stay was being cancelled due to over booking rooms. This has never happened to me before in any hilton experience... E V E R. I am beyond upset.
