Stood for 15 minutes in an empty lobby waiting to check in. Not even a "how, high are ya"
Five stars for customer service! Front desk staff was the kindest staff we’ve encountered at any hotel, showing genuine warmth and grace to us stranded travelers in the wee hours
This place doesn’t deserve any stars. Every category was an absolute horrible experience. We reserved a room months in advance knowing that my mother needed extra medical accommodations. We required oxygen to be delivered to this hotel, only to find out upon our arrival that their system was down. Sam who was good for nothing, notified us that he was unable to process check-ins and that there was nothing he could do.
