Parking IS NOT free. $30/day. A/C in room was barley working. Wifi not working. Will not be staying here again
DONT IGNORE THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS!!! I saw all the other negative reviews and figured “it can’t be that bad it’s a Hilton property” Well let me tell you this. Don’t ignore them. Uncomfortable beds. AC not fully functioning. Outdated. I could go on…
I chose this hotel because it’s dog-friendly and has air conditioning, which is really important since my dog doesn’t do well in the heat. Unfortunately, the AC didn’t work at all during our entire stay. Maintenance came to check it out and ultimately just brought a fan. I was told they couldn’t fix it due to supply issues and Trump's fault. That said, I want to be clear that the staff were very nice throughout. Used it for a stay and fly. Really convenient location to the airport. Room was set up nicely with plenty of space. Staff at check in and out were friendly and helpful.
