The staff went above and beyond for our stay. Every staff member we encountered was extremely and genuinely hospitable. The food was great in the restaurant and the location was perfect by the airport. The rooms were nice and clean. The shower needs some updating though. Thank you for a great stay.
Another airport hotel which thinks that as long as they provide you with the convenience of being near the airport, they can care less about sound insulation. Even with ear plugs, the plane noise woke me up before 6 am. And management please don't bother offering the usual platitudes about how you can make it right. Unless you decide to soundproof every room from the noise pollution, don't bother apologizing. The ultimate insult is the all too standard response of "come back and give us another try".
