Rooms were well furnished in great condition. The service was fantastic. After check in we retrieved our luggage and were approaching the lobby from a side door close to our vehicle. Shaun at the front desk saw us approaching and stepped over to open and hold the door for us. Latter, I found the ice machine on the first floor was out of service. I went to the desk to ask about other ice machines. Shaun said there were machine on the other floors, but said no problem, an took the ice bucket over to the bar to fill it for us.
