Great location! Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Rooms are a tad small but perfect for one or two people. Loved the patio street style view/setting located at the entrance. Definitely would stay again! Strongly Recommended!
While we were told that rooms will be cleaned every second day,in the 3 nights spent there rooms were not cleaned and fresh towels not given,despite complaining. The staff including the duty manager were completely unhelpful. There was no assistance with with bags on check in or check out. Some of the guests in my group spent 4 nights with absolutely no housekeeping. A hold was placed on cards for a deposit and we were told that this would fall away in 3 to 5 business days,which still hasn't happened.
For one night before heading to the Ship Port was an excellent experience!
