Very basic rooms, not like a Hilton property at all. EXTREMELY small rooms, barely enough space to walk around the bed. Don’t stay here! Save your $200! This ain’t it. Old carpet smell in hallway. Air Con rattles every 15 mins. TV channels suck!
The location is good but valet parking is at the AC Hotel, where you have to walk around the block to get to valet. Which wasnt worth the price since I’m walking to another hotel and then bringing the vehicle back to the hotel. Also not luggage or handicap friendly since there is no ramp to bring your suitcases up, so be aware you gotta up/downstairs. Unless you basically plead in using the handicap small elevator in order to use that particular ramp when you have 2 handicap ppl who have a hard time walking up stairs and lot... read more
Increible servicio, Miguel nos atendio muy bien y nos hizo sentir en casa. Cuidaron nuestra torta en su nevera, se aseguro de que tengamos todo lo que necesitabamos. Muy excelente personal! Las habitaciones estaba bien, lo unico malo es el parking. Del resto, estuvo super bien quedarse aqui.
Very clean and neat hotel. Very good choice for the price . Staff very friendly. The staff member Ariel was extremely nice and helpful. NOTE: Hotel does not have parking - one has to park on nearby streets with zone parking. But otherwise a great hotel in a somewhat quiet lication. About a 20min walk or short Uber ride to South Beach.
Not gonna lie, the reviews scared me. We checked in and everything was fine. Staff were friendly enough. The lobby looks brand new. The rooms were nice and clean. Not sure why so many complaints. Would come again
