The staff was rude/racist, the hotel was dirty and half of the elevators did not work. Out of the 2 elevators that did work, one made a horrible griding soud while operating. I was threatened to be towed multiple times, on multiple days by multiple staff members for using my designated handicapped spot to load and unload. They claimed if I took more than 20min they could tow. I explained that due to my handicap, It can take me longer (30-40min) and I sometimes have to rest. Valet only, not an option to park your car yourself. You have to give your keys to a sketchy rude guy who doesn’t know a single word of English. The valet is also a third party contractor whose company has no website and no phone number, he’s not an employee of the hotel. And parking is an additional $36 a night including the handicapped space. And you only have 10 minutes to park in the only handicapped space until you’re threatened by the nonemployee valet that you will be towed, which I’m pretty sure is illegal. Breakfast... read more
