Very friendly staff
Room is extremely clean and the bed is insanely comfortable. Beautiful large room. Couldn't be happier even though we are only staying 1 night to sleep and get back on the road
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Martinsburg last weekend and had a great experience. Everything was very nice, super clean, and quiet. The restaurant breakfast was very good, with a full menu instead of just the usual basic options. The waitstaff was fast, thorough, and attentive. The front desk staff was also very helpful and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I would definitely stay here again.
This location is exceptionally clean. Once again the Hilton staff is outstanding; welcoming, courteous, helpful. I would've given the room 5 stars were it not for the verrry low toilet. Also, this location does not maintain an in-lobby coffee/tea/fruit offering for guests. I missed that during this stay. The hotel bar is well stocked, and it's nice that the restaurant is there, but the menu is limited. I highly recommend nearby Logan's Roadhouse for dinner! A generous bar and the tenderest of steaks.
