Good location and super friendly staff. However there are a few issues that are surprising to me given this is a Hilton brand property. I’m a Hilton Honors member and I stay at Hiltons all around the country. This is by far the worst Hilton I’ve experienced (so far). Pillows are so flat it is more comfortable to sleep without one. No matter how many pillows I stacked, they were all flat and unsupportive. AC thermostat on the wall doesn’t work. The window unit did work but it did not keep the room at a comfortable temperature... read more
