Room was ok. Outdated. Stayed here for 2 nights. One of the days of our stay the water was turned off all day due to a maintenance issue in the area. Had a wedding and we couldn’t take a shower or get ready how we planned. They didn’t tell us when we checked in. Just a sign saying no water. Was a huge inconvenience and didn’t enjoy our stay. Management didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience or make up for the lack of use of hotel services. Didn’t offer any hand sanitizer to wash your hands or anything. It was an ok expe... read more

Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City is situated in a great location. It’s walking distance from the train station that takes you into Manhattan. There are lots of food options in the area. Rooms are clean and quiet. You can’t hear any of the outside noise of the city. Shavon at the front desk provided great service and made me feel welcome and appreciated. Amazing customer service.
