My checking experience was great, my check out was alright
Loved it ! Clean room and property. Comfy beds. Nice fitness room. Free water! Restaurant and bar. Subway a few feet away. Starbucks and more up the street. Friendly staff. Even let us hang out in the lobby since our flight was delayed. Thanks ❤️
This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. We booked a King room but were given a smaller bed. When we asked to be moved to the room type we paid for, we were told all King rooms were taken. I understand that can happen, especially with a late check-in due to flight delays. But what was frustrating is that when we asked for a refund of the price difference, we were told this has to be raised with the manager and that he would be available the next day (which he wasn't).
