The Customer Service here was AWFUL. Immediately from check in the staff seemed miserable to see us and they were downright rude the remainder of the trip. The rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, in the morning you were denied coffee until exactly 7am and if you asked for it a little earlier you were yelled at, multiple times staff ignored our presence to continue being on their phones, and to top it all off the hot tub was broken.
