I recently stayed at the Garden Inn and unfortunately, left my sleep apnea mouthguard in my room. We had already checked out and a far distance when I realized I left it in the room. I called the Front Desk and indeed, housekeeping had found it. (this was on a Saturday) I told them I really needed the device, and could they please send it (to Los Angeles where I live) asap. I got it on Tuesday! So big shout out to the housekeeping staff and front desk for bring so on top of it! Thank you!
Hilton Garden Inn Pittsfield: Hospitality Apparently Takes Saturdays Off I've been a Hilton Honors member for decades, and this was one of the worst hotel dining experiences I've had. I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch—definitely a place I’ll return to!
This was another excellent stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. Our destination was 90 minutes east of Lenox and booked the hotel while on the road. I will always choose this hotel brand. They have treated us well at every location and accommodated our requests. Clean, comfortable, easy to park and located near a brewery with great food as well, Antimony. If we stayed longer we would have definitely eaten at the hotel restaurant as it was Thai and it was crowded so I am going to assume the food is good as well. Thank you for another... read more
