A great time. The Pittsfield Lenox Garden Inn was a great choice in our Berkshires trip. The hotel was very clean and it was a refreshing enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Jaes restaurant was a added bonus with delicious breakfasts. The laundry room was a plus. This is one of the best Garden Inns we have stayed at.
Stayed for two nights with my wife, daughter and son-in-law and their two childen. Had two rooms across from each other. The rooms were excellent. Nicely furnished, roomy and very clean. The hotel staff was excellent as well. In fact, I left a suitcase behind and they were very good about shipping it back to me. Above all the breakfast was abundant and delicious, with perhaps the best coffee makers I have ever encountered :). All in all five stars!
I recently stayed at the Garden Inn and unfortunately, left my sleep apnea mouthguard in my room. We had already checked out and a far distance when I realized I left it in the room. I called the Front Desk and indeed, housekeeping had found it. (this was on a Saturday) I told them I really needed the device, and could they please send it (to Los Angeles where I live) asap. I got it on Tuesday! So big shout out to the housekeeping staff and front desk for bring so on top of it! Thank you!
Hilton Garden Inn Pittsfield: Hospitality Apparently Takes Saturdays Off I've been a Hilton Honors member for decades, and this was one of the worst hotel dining experiences I've had.
