Water has been off most of the day, was told different timeframes each time we ask. At 10 am, it was 3 hours, at 3:30 pm it was "any minute" at 5 pm it's "2-4 hours". No solution offered since we're "already checked-in". Eta: 10:22 pm, changing hotels still no water.
The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good and costs $14.95. Reasonable price by Hilton standards
I have stayed at many Hilton properties throughout my years. This Hilton location is amazing. From the minute I walked up to the desk to check in, I was greeted by Fran the evening manager. She was so amazing, informative and gave the best customer service that I have EVER received. She was so accommodating and made sure that myself and my colleagues were taken care of throughout our evening meeting in the front lobby. The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. I travel a lot for work. Stayed here for a quick trip decent hotel. Everything was great here even had a decent little hotel restaurant that was pretty jampacked with a nice crowd. For the area it was a great hotel great location as well pre-central to everything.
